4 Cornish hens
2 c. wild and long grain rice

Directions:
Directions:
Wash hens, salt and pepper, rub with butter. Place hens in well greased baking dish. Make a tent of foil over chicken. Bake 350 for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice.
