1 envelope knorr's vegetable soup mix
1 pint (16oz) sour cream
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 pkg frozen chopped spinach (10oz) thawed, squeezed dry
1 can water chestnuts (drained and chopped)

Directions:

In medium bowl blend soup mix, sour cream, mayo, and lemon juice. Stir in spinach and water chestnuts
