9" pie crust
1 1/2 c. pumpkin puree
1/2 c. toasted pecan halves
4 eggs
3/4 c.sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/2 c. heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Have pie pastry ready in pie plate. Combine pumpkin and pecans in food processor and process until smooth. Scrape pumpkin mix into a bowl, Beat in eggs, then add sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves and stir until completely mixed pour into pie plate. Bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 300 and bake for 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean from the center
