1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
2 eggs, beaten
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk


Directions:

Beat all ingredients together until mixed well. Pour into 9 inch unbaked pastry shell. Bake in preheated 425 oven for 15 min. Reduce temperature to 350; bake for 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool for 1-2 hours before serving, then refrigerate.
