3 1/2 c sifted flour or cake flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
2/3 c. shortening
1 1/3 c. sugar
4 eggs beaten
2 c. mashed bananas
2 tsp vanilla
1 can chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, . In separate bowl cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs to cream mixture and beat well. Mash in bananas. Add flour mixture alternately with banana mixture. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 Around 1 hour 10 minutes
