Ingredients:  
1/3 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
1/8 tsp salt
2 cans (12oz) frozen or can coconut milk
1 cup drained crushed pineapples

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cornstarch, sugar and salt.
Add 1/2 cup if coconut milk and blend to smooth paste.
Heat remaining milk and add cornstarch mixture.
Add pineapples.
Cook for 20 minutes or so, stirring frequently until thickened.
Pour into pan. Cool and refrigerate. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares.
