1 pint heavy cream
1 8-oz pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
fresh parsley flakes
butter
¼ c. white cooking wine

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in medium saucepan, add garlic, parsley and cook on low for 3 minutes. Add wine and stir. Pour in heavy cream and heat thoroughly. Add cheese and cook additional 5 minutes on low. May be served as a side dish with your favorite pasta. Add cooked shrimp, chicken or broccoli for entrée.
