½ cup sugar
1 TBS poppy seeds
2 TBS sesame seeds
1 ½ tsp minced onion
¼ tsp paprika
¼ cup cider vinegar
¼ cup wine vinegar
½ cup salad oil
2 TBS butter
¾ cup sliced almonds
1 lb. spinach, torn into bite sized pieces
1 pt. sliced strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
For dressing: Mix sugar, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, onion, paprika, vinegars and oil in bowl and whisk to combine thoroughly. In small frying pan, melt butter and sauté almonds until lightly browned. Remove from pan and set aside to cool. Combine spinach, strawberries and almonds in large serving or salad bowl. When ready to serve, pour dressing over salad and toss lightly . Serves 6-8
