2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. or 1 stick margarine
2 c. softened ice cream
2 1/2 c. milk
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg Pistachio instant pudding
1 small container (8 oz.) cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crushed crackers with margarine and pat into bottom of 9x13" pan. Beat ice cream, milk and pudding mixture until thick. Spread on crust. Cover with cool whip and chocolate shavings.

Shave small chocolate bars with potato peeler to use up those small chocolate candy bars!
