21/4 c FLOUR
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter softened
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
12 oz pkg of cinnamon chips
1 cup walnuts optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Combine butter, sugars and vanilla until creamy. Add 1 egg at a time, beating well until mixed. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in chips and nuts. Drop by rounded tablespoons or cookie scoop on ungreased baking sheets from 8-12 minutes until golden brown. Cool on baking rack and enjoy.
