Pecan Pie (For Two) Recipe

1 egg
1/3 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1T melted butter
c Karo
tsp. vanilla
c. chopped pecan

Crust: c. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2T Crisco
2T water

Combine flour and salt. Cut in Crisco then add water. Stir until a ball forms. Cover and refrigerate for 15 min.
Roll out chilled dough and place in a 7" pie pan.
Combine egg, sugar, butter, Karo, vanilla and pecans and pour into uncooked pie crust.
Bake at 450 for 7minutes then lower to 350 for 21 min.
