3-4 finely chopped onions
1/2 stick margarine
Cook onions and margarine slowly, then mix with:
3 packages of cream cheese
1 8 ounce package of parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions:

Bake 350 for 15 minutes in greased dish. Serve with crackers.
