3 eggs
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 c. grated zucchini
3 tsp. vanilla
1/2 bag chocolate chips

Mix everything together and bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes in greased bread pans. Makes 2 loaves. If the mixture looks dry when mixing, it will get moister when you add the zucchini. Note - If you line your bread pans with tin foil before adding the batter it will make for easier clean up and easier removal of bread.
