1 1/2 pound squash cut 3/4 to 1 inch thick
1 medium onion - sliced
1 or 2 small carrots - shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Boil onion and carrots slightly then add squash - cook till tender.

Mix 1 package Pepperidge Farm dressing mix with 1 stick of melted butter. Put half of mixture in casserole dish.

Drain vegetables, add 1can cream of chicken soup and 1 cup of sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over dressing. Put remaining dressing on top.

Bake 350 for 30 minutes.
