1/2 lb. Sausage
1/2 lb. Ground round beef
1 small oinion, chopped
2 cans (15 oz each) great northern beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can (14 1/2 oz ) chicken broth
1 jar (16 oz) prepared green salsa
1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (divided)
1/2 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a large dutch oven over high heat. Add meat and onions and cook, breaking up meat with spoon, 5 minutes, or until no longer pink. Drain any fat. Add beans, broth, salsa and cumin. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.

Stir in 3 tablespoons cilantro. Garnish each serving with sour cream and remaining 1 tablespoon cilantro. Makes 4 servings
