Shrimp, cleaned
1 1/2 sticks oleo
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Garlic salt
2 eggs
Cracker crumbs

Butterfly the shrimp. Mix melted oleo with Worcestershire sauce and garlic salt; Pour in a large baking dish.
Put four, salt and pepper in a paper sack.
Put shrimp in sack and shake.
Beat 2 eggs with 1 tsp water.
Take shrimp out of paper sack; dip in the egg mixture; roll in cracker crumbs.
Put shrimp in baking dish & broil 5 minutes on one side; turn; broil 5 minutes more.
