1/4 cup (1/2) stick) butter; softened
1 tablespoon white wine
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 1/2 pound Red Snapper fillets

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450F

2. In a small bowl, combine butter, wine, garlic and lemon peel

3. Place fish on foil lined shallow baking pan. Top with seasoned butter.

4. Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until fish begins to flake easily when tested with a fork
