"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Chicken Breast, De-boned and Skinned 2/3 box of Ritz Crackers, crumbled 1 - 18 oz. Bottle of Ranch Dressing
Soak Chicken breast in dressing overnight. Cover Baking pan in tin foil. Roll chicken in crumbled cracker. (I find it easier to crumbled the crackers over top both sides). Place in baking pan and cover with tin foil. Bake at 350 for 1 hour covered and 10 minutes uncovered to make crisp.
