1 - 6 oz. Pk. Elbow macaroni , cooked, drained
1 lb. Deli ham or Spam
green pepper
2 cucumbers sliced or diced
3 chopped tomato
1 head of lettuce (in chunks)
2 or 3 tablespoons Miracle Whip
Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:

Mix cooled macaroni with ham (cut into 1 inch squares). Mix in Miracle Whip, refrigerate until ready to serve then add other ingredients, put tomatoes in last with 1 sliced on top of salad.
