2 to 3 cups crumbled cornbread or cornbread mix
1 stalk celery
1 Tablespoon sage
1 small onion
1 boiled egg
Dash of salt and pepper
Meat from boney pieces of chicken or turkey
2 cups or more of broth

Chop up celery, onion, and egg, mix all ingredients together. Bake at 425 degrees until brown.
