1 can of biscuits
4 or 5 apples
2 tablespoons sugar,
2 to 3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 to 2 tsps cinnamon
1 T. butter or whipped spread like Country Crock.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook apples with sugars, cinnamon and butter. On a floured sheet of wax paper, roll out the 10 biscuits. Place 2 tablespoons of the apple mixture in 5 of the flat biscuits, place another biscuit over each one. Flute together the edges with a fork. Bake at 400 degrees. Good with icing drizzled over the tops or cinnamon and confectioners sugar mixed and sprinkled over the tops.
