1c. flour
1c. bran cereal
1tsp. baking powder
1/2tsp. cinnamon
1/2tsp. salt
1c. peeled diced apples
2/3c. milk
1/4c. sugar
1 beaten egg
3tsp. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients together. Cream the margarine and sugar. Add the beaten egg and the milk. Make a well in the dry ingredients and stir in the wet mixture and the apples. Stir just until blended. Bake in muffin pans at 350 for 12-15 minutes.
