12 slices of bacon (fryed & crumbled)
1 C. shredded Natural Swiss cheese or Monterey Jack
1/3 C chopped onion
4 eggs
2 C. milk or canned milk or half & half
3/4 tsp. salt & pepper(to taste)
1/4 tsp. sugar plus 1 C. Bisquick

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together & put in a glass pie plate. Bake at 350 til done (kn ife or toothpick inserted in center comes out clean).
