2 lb. ground beef 1 c. cracker crumbs 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 c. milk 2 eggs, beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. oregano 1 can (8 oz.) pizza sauce 1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
Mix together ground beef, cracker crumbs, onion, milk, eggs, salt, Parmesan cheese, and oregano. Bake one hour at 350º. Spread pizza sauce and Mozzarella cheese over the top. Put back in oven to melt cheese.
