1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 Tbs. Dijon
1/4 tsp. coarse salt
Pinch sugar
1/8 tsp ground pepper
3/4 cup olive oil
4 oz. crumbled blue cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Blend first six ingredients in blender,
Add blue cheese and mix well.
Good on romaine.
