4 skin-on chicken breasts
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
2 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp cayenne pepper.
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp ground cloves
4 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300.

Wash chicken thoroughly. Pour milk into a bowl and dunk the chicken in the milk until completely coated. Discard remaining milk.

In another bowl, mix together the flour, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, salt, nutmeg, and cloves. Roll each breast in the mixture until well coated.

Put the vegetable oil in a roasting pan. Place chicken breasts skin side down in roasting pan and bake for 30 minutes.

Flip the chicken so that the skin side is facing up and put back in the oven for 1 hour.
