Ingredients:  
1/2 cup olive oil - 1 pound pasta
2 cloves garlic, browned lightly in oil, cool oil

stir in slowly 1/2 c. white wine,
stir in 1 teaspoon salt
teasp chopped parsley
1/2 teasp. oregano
1/2 teasp pepper
Add 2 or 3 cans minced clams and juice

Directions:

Hold back a little juice to mix with flour.

After baking pasta take a little butter and mix with pasta. Add all the above, add grated cheese

I use wondra flour, its fine and doesn't get lumpy.
