8 medium potatoes washed and quartered
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. water
1 T. oregano
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and bake, 450-500 for one hour, on a cookie sheet uncovered. Turn once. Add more water if dry.
