6 to 8 large Chicken Breasts
1 1/2 cups Celery, finely chopped
1 c. Mayonnaise
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
2 small cans Evaporated Milk
4 boiled Eggs, chopped
2 cups Saltine Crackers, crumbled
1 bag of Plain Potato Chips
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until done. Pull apart and place in a large bowl, add all other ingredients except potato chips. Mix well. Pour in long casserole dish. Crumble potato chips and layer on top. Bake for 1 hour @ 350.
