1 sheet puffy pastry, thawed
1 egg
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Lightly spray a baking sheet.

Unfold the puff pastry and place it on a large work surface. Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush it over the puff pastry. (You won't use all of the egg.)

Combine the cinnamon and sugar in another small bowl and sprinkle evenly over the puff pastry. Cut the puff pastry into 1 inch wide strips. Twist each strip several times and place it on the baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes or until light brown.
