9 inch Pie Shell
2-3 large tomatoes, sliced
3 green onions
1 small Vidalia Onion, sliced thin
salt
pepper
1 T. chopped fresh basil
1 T. chopped chives
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese (grated)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Bake pie shell then let cool. Salt tomatoes while pie shell bakes. Layer tomatoes, green onions, Vidalia onion, salt and pepper and seasonings in pie shell. Blend mayo and cheese; spread over top of pie. Bake for 30 minutes.
