1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 3 oz. boxes lemon Jello
1 C. mayonnaise
1 C. chopped pecans
1 grated cheddar cheese
1 13 oz. can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
In medium boiler, heat pineapple to a boil. Remove from heat. Add rest of ingredients. Place in 9 x 9 x 2 dish and congeal. Cut in squares & serve on lettuce.
