Ingredients:  
2 pkg. fresh spinach or 3 pkg. frozen spinach
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. melted oleo
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach till wilted. Drain well. Mix sour cream and onion soup mix with spinach and put in a square pan. Top with mixture of bread crumbs, melted oleo and Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. If desired, freeze well before baking.
