C. vegetable oil
1 1/2 sugar
2 eggs
1 C. self-rising flour
1/3 C. buttermilk
3 very ripe bananas, smashed
1 C pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oil and sugar; add eggs & mix well. Add flour alternately with buttermilk. Add bananas & nuts. Grease two loaf pans; pour in mixture and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
