4 medium potatoes, with skin, cut into 4 wedges each,
1 TB Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix: 1 TB Parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1/4 tsp. paprika, 1/2 cup oil

Place potatoes, skin down, in mixture & baste. Remove from mixture. Bake, 375 degree oven, 45 minutes basting 2 or 3 times.
