4 Breast of Chicken - boned, salt and pepper
then roll and pin with toothpick ( I used whole chicken)

Brown chicken in butter, remove, add 1 bunch green onions, chopped, mushrooms, and 2 cans cream of chicken soup. Little garlic salt, generous dash of crushed thyme, 1/2 tsp rosemary, 2/3 cup half & half, 3/4 cup saucterock??? (good luck-could not read)

Put chicken in roaster - pour sauce over chicken and bake until done - 45 minutes to hour - stir a little now and then. Add cream after chicken is almost done. Serve with wild rice or chicken (rice-a-roni), garnish with slivered almonds.
