1 box 4 sleeves of Saltine crackers
2 tbsp. red pepper flakes
1 packet of dry Italian seasoning
1 1/2 cup canola oil
1 2 gallon Ziploc bag

Directions:
Directions:
Place canola oil, pepper flakes, Italian seasoning in 2 gallon ziploc bag and mix well, then add saltines. Zip Lock the bag and for the next 24 hours occasionally flip (turn) the bag. Ready to eat!

Less pepper flakes equals less spicy!! I usually put 1- 1 1/2 tbsp.
