2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
2 c. soft bread crumbs
3/4 c. finely chopped onions
1/3 c. finely chopped green peppers
2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground mustard
2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. ketchup

Directions:
In large bowl, combine first eight ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Press into a greased 9 " x 5 " loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Cover with ketchup, bake 15 - 20 minutes longer or until meat thermometer reads 160. Let set for 10 minutes before slicing.
