Mix together:
Melt together:


2 eggs, room temperature
1 1/2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
1 cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour

pinch of salt



Add:

1 1/2 cups milk

1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate and butter. Mix eggs, sugar, salt, flour and milk. Pour into chocolate mixture and cook until it bubbles and thickens. Add vanilla. Pour into baked single crust pie shell.

It really helps to have the eggs and milk room temperature before adding the chocolate so the chocolate doesn't set up.
