2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup fat free milk
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup honey
1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg



1/2 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. In a small bowl, combine the milk, oil and honey. Add to the dry mixture. and stir just until moistened. Stir in the raisins.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425F for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to a wire rack. Yields 2 dozen cookies.
