1 lb. Salmon fillet
1 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 tsp. Dill Weed
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 450. Mix three seasoning ingredients and set aside. Place Salmon fillet skin side down in pan coated with non stick cooking spray. Brush surface lightly with Olive Oil and then sprinkle seasoning mixture over the fillet. Bake 8 to 10 min. per inch of thickness.
