2 lbs. carrots
3/4 stick margarine
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 T. flour
crushed corn flakes for top

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots until tender; drain and place in baking dish. Melt all other ingredients together, pour over carrots, then top with crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
