1 pkg elbow macaroni salad
6 eggs
1/2 c. mayonnaise (may use light)
1/2 c. sour cream (may use light)
1 bunch green onions

Prepare macaroni per package directions - let cool
Hard boil eggs - peel & cool - chop
Chop green onions including some of the green
When everything is cool place in mixing bowl
Add mayo and sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste
Mix everything together
Add additional mayo and/or sour cream making sure mixture is wet
Best if served the next day

If mixture seems dry when serving just add more mayo or sour cream in small amounts
