2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt

1 egg
3 Tbsp salad oil
1/2 c. water

mix dry ingr4edients together. In separate bowl mix wet and pour over dry . Blend with a fork. Knead on lightly floured service until smooth and elastic (5 min) Roll as thin as possible, cut into 2x4 pieces--Fry them
