1 pkg. (8 ounces) cream cheese
3 cups cold milk
2 pkgs. (4 ounces each) vanilla flavor instant pudding
1 Tub (8 ounces) cool whip, thawed and divided into 2 portions
48 vanilla wafers
1/2 cup brewed strong coffee, cooled and divided in half
2 squares Baker's Semi-sweet baking chocolate, coarsely grated
1 cup fresh raspberries (can use other berries)

Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer until creamy. Gradually add milk. Add dry pudding mixes, mix well. Stir in 2 cups of whipped topping. Place 24 wafers in 2-1/2 quart bowl; drizzle with half of the coffee. Top with half of each, the pudding mixture and chocolate. Repeat adding layers. Top with remaining whipped topping and fruit. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
