1 c. white sugar
1 box brown sugar
2 sticks butter, melted and cooled
4 egg yolks, beaten
2 c. sifted plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. broken pecans
4 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugars with butter. Add egg yolks. Combine baking powder and salt with flour. Add to sugar mixture. Stir in pecans. Fold in egg whites and add vanilla. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes in 9x13 pan.
