1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup celery
2 tablespoons butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can drained chopped water chestnuts
2 packages chopped broccoli (cooked)
1 cup cooked rice
1 jar Cheez Whiz

Directions:
Directions:
Saute 1/2 cup onion and 1/2 cup celery with two tablespoons butter.

Mix with all other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
