2 lb. ground chuck or ground beef
1 29 oz. can of tomato sauce
1 29 oz. can kidney beans, (do not drain)
1 29 oz. can Pinto beans, (do not drain)
1 cup diced onion
1 can of milder rotel tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can diced tomatoes
2 teaspoons cumin powder
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
2 tablespoons salt
3 or 4 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground chuck or beef and drain. Add all other ingredients and simmer in a big pot on stove for 2 or 3 hours.
