1 lg. can drained yellow shoepeg corn
1 lg. can drained white shoepeg corn
1 lg. cucumber peeled and chopped
2 medium chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 chopped onion (medium)
1 small jar pimento (use about 2 tbsp. chopped)
seasoned salt, garlic salt, dash pepper & salt, to taste
approximately 3 large tbsp. mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. This salad will keep for 2-3 days in refrigerator
