1 1/2 lb lean ground meat
1/2 cup diced onions
1 pkg taco mix
2 c. grated colby cheese
1 pkg cheese doritos
1 can diced ro-tel tomatoes
1 can ranch style beans with liquid
1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble enough chips to cover bottom of 9x12 inch oven proof casserole dish. Saute meat, onion and taco mix until cooked, but not brown. Drain liquid. Spread meat mixture evenly over chips. Next, spread beans over meat mixture, and one cup cheese over beans. Spread soup over cheese. Pour ro-tel tomatoes over cheese, spreading evenly. Top off with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serve with large green salad and steamed tortillas.
